The Lifeline Program is a U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program designed to help low-income households pay for internet connected devices such as phones, including the monthly bill.

Our mission is to bridge the digital divide by providing FREE or low cost devices and Internet Connectivity to Colorado’s unserved and underserved communities. Through our internet connected devices, at No Monthly cost, we help Coloradoans with low-income and those with limited connectivity overcome barriers to online education, job opportunities, healthcare resources, and other essential services.
